STOCK AVAILABILITY - Most items are NOT in stock on the SalesMart pages.

They have to be ordered in and are subject to supplier stock availability.

The only items in stock are DVD-R 1X, DVD-R 4X, DVD-R 8X, DVD+R 4X, DVD+R 8X, DVD-R 16X,

DVD+RW 4X and DVD-RAM 3X 4.7Gb DVD Media. SalesMart also stocks Verbatim

Ink Jet Printable CDR Media. Also in stock are DVD Cases.

    

Orders - Full Payment when ordering.

Payment method: Direct Deposit (can be done from any bank), or Cash Only.

    

Freight - Most items are sent Registered Post with delivery confirmation and insurance.

Freight to the clients location requires a signature to confirm delivery.

 

Some larger items such as printers, monitors, or boxes of large items go via

over night courier service.

 

Please email your post code and the suburb you are in when ordering so freight prices can

be calculated to your area.

    

Returns - SalesMart does not do returns if the end user has bought a product and 

then changed their mind or have bought the wrong item. Customers should first 

email SalesMart before proceeding with all orders if they are not sure about a product.

Product returned within 7 days for non-technical reasons attracts a 15% restocking fee.
Non defective products must be returned in original packaging
and accompanied with a copy of the invoice, within 7 days of purchase.
No Return will be accepted after 7 days of purchase.

All Software Title return is not acceptable if the seal / wrapping is broken.

All Returns Must accompany with invoice number of the product sold under.

All media that has been Used, Scratched, and Damaged will not be able to

receive a refund or replacement.

SalesMart is NOT responsible for any loss of Data/Video on CD or DVD media.

There is NO warranty on all CD or DVD Media.

If customers are new to CD or DVD burning then SalesMart has support pages

for CD/DVD burning and for CD/DVD printing on ink jet printable media for both

the Canon and Epson models that can print to ink jet printable media.

Return for Credit will NOT be accepted for all Phased OUT (Not in the Price List) Products.

* All D.O.A warranty claims must accompany with proof of purchase.
